Food provided Growth opportunities We are looking for friendly and attentive coffee-loving baristas who can provide excellent customer service at our exciting, brand new shop and location in the main lodge of Loon Ski Mountain in Lincoln, NH! Training will be provided, so prior barista experience is not required but absolutely a plus! This mountain is a busy, high-volume location (with usually higher than average tips!) so we are looking for high-energy, outgoing individuals who enjoy being around people and can work well in a fast-paced, bustling environment.
This specific location comes with extra perks including free annual ski passes at Loon Mountain! Job brief Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.
You should also be able to work various shifts.
