Work closely with the Manager of Electrical and Building Maintenance department.
Oversee electricians, plumbing, heating/cooling/HVAC, painters, carpenters, key production, and assisting other departments as required.
May assist in construction projects and special events.
Prepare and monitor budgets for department and special projects.
Keep current with appropriate regulations and licenses.
Work closely with resort team members on work orders, maintenance, and installations.
Responsibilities:
May assist with the installation and maintenance of all heating/cooling systems on site and team member housing units.
May assist with the installation and maintenance of Loon's plumbing infrastructure on and off property.
Responsible for current upkeep and compliance of all systems.
Review plumbing, heating, and cooling inventory.
Ability to read building plans and handle drawings for installations.
Responsible for proper maintenance of public water systems.
Prepare, monitor, and report on budgets.
Assist in onboarding team members, training and daily communication of work priorities.
Prepare estimates for special projects from materials, labor, and expenses.
Oversee team member's work projects and assignments and coach team members on workflow and team building.
This position supervises electricians, plumbers, gas fitter/HVAC, and carpenters.
